Thursday,    10:00am -  1:00 pm   On Thursday, we will Set up tables and clothing racks to stage the donations area . This mostly  involves moving tables, and setting up hanging racks.  If we get done in time we can start the sorting process into areas as well.

Friday,          8:00am -  4:00pm    THIS IS THE MOST CRITICAL DAY THAT WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!  On Friday we will Sort donations and prepare new items for handout. Volunteers can report in and work any time during the day. Please be sure to check in upon arriving. Lunch for volunteers will be served around 12:30 pm.

Saturday,   8:00am -3:00 pm     On Saturday morning we will Sort donations and prepare the meal before noon. At noon  the doors are opened to our guests and volunteers will help serve the meal, or Assist our guest in finding needed items or continue in sorting and placing out items.  All volunteers must check in no later than 11:00 am this day. No more volunteers will be registered after that time without prior arrangements made with Dawn.

Saturday   2:30pm  -  4:30 pm    We need a group of 20 people that will stay till 4:30 to Help in breakdown of event tables and clean up. Starting around 2:30 we start organizing areas, and breaking down areas that are open, and cleaning up. This goes rather smoothly and quickly once we get going as long as we have a group working together on it. Please let Dawn know if you can help with this.

Blanket drive, Long john underwear drive, Sweater drive,

Pampers drive, and toy drives.
